Kirwan’s Lane owner Mike O’Grady counts on his experienced team, who gives his restaurant it’s deserved reputation for quality food and service.

Heading up the kitchen for the last 10 years is the Irish chef Mark Hopkins, who has been with us since 1999. Mark started in the kitchen of a local hotel at the age of 16 and shortly after was promoted to chef. His story reveals his passion for food, which is evident in the dishes he presents to diners.

Completing the team are Martin Boldis and Steven Hughes. On the floor, highly-experienced manager Petra O’Dowd-Jandova, together with her service staff, ensure that customers get the best of their visit to Kirwan’s Lane.
